🎮 How do I book an event?

 

Choose the package that works best for your event and submit your booking request with your preferred date and time. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

 

💳 When is the remaining balance due?

 

The remaining balance must be paid 2–3 days before your scheduled event. Your balance must be paid in full before we arrive for your event.

 

⏰ How early do you arrive?

 

We arrive before your scheduled start time to park, set up, and make sure everything is ready. Your setup time does not take away from your booked gaming time.

 

🏠 Do you come to us?

 

Yes! We bring the Victorious Gaming Entertainment mobile gaming theater directly to your location. We proudly serve Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.

 

🚚 How much space do you need for the gaming trailer?

 

We need a safe, level area with enough room for our truck and trailer to enter, park, and exit safely. Please make sure the area is clear of low-hanging trees, vehicles, and other obstacles before we arrive.

 

🎮 What games and systems do you have?

 

Our gaming theater features popular gaming systems including PlayStation 5, Xbox series X, Nintendo Switch 2 and a racing simulator, with a variety of popular games for different ages and interests.

 

👦 Is the gaming trailer only for kids?

 

Not at all! Victorious Gaming Entertainment is designed for kids, teens, and adults. Whether it’s a birthday party, family gathering, corporate event, fundraiser, wedding, or just a gaming night, everyone can get in on the fun.

 

🛜 Do you provide Wi-Fi?

 

Yes! Wi-Fi is included so guests can enjoy supported online multiplayer games when available.

 

🌧️ What happens if it rains?

 

Our gaming experience takes place inside our enclosed, climate-controlled gaming theater, so light rain usually won’t stop the fun. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to delay or reschedule an event for everyone’s safety.

 

❄️ Is the trailer air-conditioned?

 

Yes! Our gaming theater is climate-controlled to help keep guests comfortable while they play.

 

🎉 Do you offer activities outside of the gaming trailer?

 

Yes! Depending on the package you choose, we offer exciting outdoor activities such as Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and kid-friendly axe throwing, with more fun add-ons available.

 

🧹 Who handles setup and cleanup?

 

We do! We arrive, set everything up, host your gaming experience, and clean up our equipment when your scheduled event is finished. You can focus on enjoying the party.

 

⏱️ Can I add more time to my event?

 

Yes! Additional gaming time may be added based on availability. We recommend requesting extra time in advance whenever possible.

🎂 Can food and drinks be brought inside the gaming trailer?

 

To help protect our gaming equipment and keep the theater clean for everyone, food and drinks are not permitted inside the gaming trailer.
